Located in the Green Belt, this former farm consisted of a farmhouse and a range of barns dating from the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries. Working closely with the developer Andas Homes and Interior Designers, Studio Nest, each was sensitively handled to bring out their own distinct character while relating to each other and the wider environment. The existing barns had been neglected and inappropriately modified over time however this gave many design opportunities as well as the chance to substantially enhance the area. The development was highly successful with each of the properties selling before their completion.
